Thrift shopping is something we both do on a rare occasion. Brook has the patients for it where as I (danielle) give's up a little easy. Its hard to find an amazing treasure hidden in all of the unorganized racks of clothes in my opinion, BUT when you run across something great it's the best feeling ever because its usually a great deal and a unique piece. We both want to get into exploring more vintage and thrift shops to search for unique finds. We are hoping to make a trip to Chicago to do so soon. So you guys will be seeing more of these thrifted looks more often!

The weather last week was awesome, we both have actually been a little scared with how great the weather is in the month of December. But needless to say the nice weather ended two days ago and its now freezing. I guess we can look back on this post and reminisce on the days we could wear shorts and no coat in december in Indiana!

 Hi!!! Its been a while since we have posted, we have been busy with traveling, the holidays and just with work and school. Seeing that we both work retail and its the end of the semester, finals are about to hit and we are working constantly. I wanted to share this lost post with you guys, we actually took this photos almost a month ago while in Texas. We found this 90s nike jacket in our little brothers closet, which was once our dads. We really wanted to steal it from him but since he wouldnt let us bring it back we decided to have a photo shoot in it instead!

The weather definitely determines a persons mood and your mood surely can be shown through your wardrobe. The weather this week has been highly depressing, especially since it was just in the high 70s last week. So we both have been dressing pretty dark and in comfy clothes lately. This rainy weather is the perfect time to throw on a pair of leggings, a big drappy sweater and a chunky boot/heel and call it a day.

Even though the weather seems to be pretty gloomy here our prayers go out to everyone on the east coast that are experiencing the after effects of hurricane sandy

Blazers, coats, jackets oh my!!! The one of the few things we love about the cooler weather coming along is layering up. In the fall and winter jackets are a key piece to your outfit since it's covering up your look. Which is why I Danielle especially feel like I need to have tons of them, I pretty much collect them! But on another note we are going to be experiencing warm weather soon since we are going to visit our family in Texas!!! We are so excited and will definitely have pics of our trip to share!
